1. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• All orders are non-refundable
• Once production begins, cancellation is not possible

2. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation is only allowed before dispatching your clothes to us
• Once materials are received, the order cannot be canceled

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos/videos for verification
• We will offer a replacement or suitable resolution

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in cases of:

• Verified manufacturing defects
• Lost shipment (confirmed by courier)

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days

6. Important Note

Since products are made from your personal clothes, they cannot be reused or resold — hence refunds are limited.
